Access

Using the service

Kybernis gives teams a managed workspace for creating, reviewing, and reusing AI skills. Access is limited to authorized users on the relevant account or organization, and the customer is responsible for keeping credentials and admin access under control.

Use the service only through authorized accounts and workspaces

Keep login credentials and admin access secure

Do not attempt to bypass approvals, quotas, or safety controls

Responsibility

Customer content and permissions

You are responsible for the content submitted to Kybernis, the legality of the workflows you automate, and the permissions you grant to connectors or channels. You should only connect services and datasets you are authorized to use.

You must have rights to the data and tools you connect

Workspace admins control which skills and connectors are enabled

Customers remain responsible for downstream business actions

Approvals

Approvals, automation, and external actions

Kybernis is designed to keep human approval first-class for risky or newly learned work. Even when a skill is saved, customers are responsible for deciding which actions can be reused automatically and which must always be reviewed.

Approval settings should match the risk of the action

Saved skills can still fail if upstream systems or policies change

Customers should review high-impact financial or external sends

Billing

Plans, invoices, and changes

Paid use of Kybernis may depend on plan limits, connected channels, or usage-based billing. Invoices, card updates, plan changes, and trial access are governed by the billing configuration attached to the workspace.

Fees, limits, and trial status are tied to the active workspace plan

Late payment or failed payment can limit access

Plan terms can change when new products or add-ons are adopted

Restrictions

Acceptable use, suspension, and termination

You may not use Kybernis for unlawful activity, credential abuse, spam, harassment, unsafe automation, or attempts to interfere with the platform. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or third parties.

No abuse, fraud, unlawful automation, or platform interference

Accounts can be suspended to address security or payment risk

Customers may stop using the service subject to retained billing or audit obligations

Next step
